Annual Caption Competition Opens Today!
Calling all authors of language and of music, of the dance, and architecture, and statuary, and painting: join us for the K-SAA’s annual postcard contest by helping us caption this year’s card! See below for details about the rules and prizes:
What would Percy Shelley write as a defense of poetry for today’s world?
To enter, send us the core claim of your defense—in no more than 140 characters—on Twitter (@KSAAComm), Facebook (Keats-Shelley Association of America), or by email to info@K-SAA.org.The competition will close on November 30th, 2019.
The winner will have the choice of receiving a one-year K-SAA membership (including a one-year subscription to the Keats-Shelley Journal) OR a ticket to the Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday, January 11th, 2020.
The winning entry will be featured on the front of our Shelley postcards with a “captioned by” credit. These postcards will be distributed at upcoming conferences and #Romantics200 events.
All are welcome to submit, with no limit on the amount of entries. Please share widely!
